2. Core Product Features
2.1 Ultra-low Harmful Impurities, No Luminescence Quenching
Strictly control iron, sodium, silicon and other harmful impurity elements at ppm level. Extremely low Fe content completely avoids luminescence quenching, effectively improves the luminous brightness, color uniformity and service life of phosphors and luminescent materials.
2.2 Uniform Particle Size & Excellent Sintering Performance
Narrow particle size distribution with no coarse particles. The optimized particle size matches the high-temperature sintering process of aluminate luminescent materials, forming dense and uniform luminescent matrix structure, and improving the overall stability of luminous performance.
2.3 High UV Reflectivity & Luminous Efficiency
High-purity alumina matrix possesses excellent ultraviolet reflectivity, which greatly enhances the excitation efficiency of rare earth activators, significantly improving the luminous intensity and afterglow performance of long-afterglow luminescent powders.

4. Main Applications
4.1 Rare Earth Tri-color Phosphors
Used as the core matrix material for LED, CCFL and PDP tri-color phosphors. It effectively suppresses luminous attenuation caused by impurity elements, improves luminous brightness, color temperature stability and long-term service life of lighting devices.
4.2 Aluminate Long Afterglow Luminescent Powder
Professional aluminum source for strontium aluminate long-afterglow materials (SrAl₂O₄:Eu²⁺,Dy³⁺). It forms high-purity and high-crystallinity luminescent matrix, greatly enhances luminous intensity, and realizes ultra-long afterglow time over 12 hours.
4.3 LED Sapphire Substrate Raw Material
High-quality raw material for sapphire crystal growth. Effectively reduces crystal dislocation density, improves light transmittance and thermal conductivity of sapphire substrate, and upgrades LED luminous efficiency and product reliability.
4.4 Special Lighting Lamp Materials
Suitable for high-pressure sodium lamps and metal halide lamps, used for transparent ceramic tubes and internal luminescent layer carriers. Resists high temperature and sodium corrosion, stabilizes luminous state and extends lamp service life.
5. Product Advantage
4N Grade (99.99%): Low cost, suitable for medium and low-end ordinary phosphors. Higher impurity content limits luminous brightness and product durability.
4N5 Grade (99.995%): The most cost-effective grade for luminescent materials. With ultra-low impurities and stable performance, it is the preferred raw material for high-end phosphors and long-afterglow luminescent products.
6. Packaging, Storage & Shelf Life
Packaging Standard: 25KG/carton.
Storage Condition: Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse. Ambient temperature ≤ 25℃, humidity ≤ 60%. Keep sealed strictly, use up immediately after opening to avoid agglomeration.
Shelf Life: 12 months under standard sealed storage conditions.
